(TSX-V: IEE), a leader in advanced content creation, adaptation and delivery solutions for web and wireless applications, today announced a strategic software licensing and sales alliance with the Pixela Corporation (OSA TYO: 6731) ('Pixela'), a leading Japanese manufacturer of multimedia software and system drivers for digital cameras and other input peripherals. Under terms of the shared licensing agreement, Pixela will market and sell iseemedia's patented iseephotovista™ photo stitching software to OEMs for inclusion into digital cameras and mobile camera phones. In addition, iseemedia and Pixela will move forward with co-engineering projects of other technologies for the graphical content industry.
